Downloads?

Does anyone know of any video editing downloads on the net that are any good.
I need to get rid of the bits at the beginning and ends of my videos to make them look a bit more professional.
It looks kinda dumb walking back after switching on the vid then switching on the backing track and the same in reverse at the end

If you're using any modern version of Windows, then Windows Movie Maker ought to be able to do it. You can edit, cut, paste and (perhaps) even cross-fade) with it. And you can add a separate soundtrack if you want to.

Just after posting this I found that Youtube have the facility for editing. Got it sorted now.
