Is it a 15 year old Tony Meehan ? Or Terry Smart.

Don Storer's my theory, too. He's the drummer with Lord Rockingham's XI and he's wearing the pink band jacket that Lord Rockingham's wore. Still, it's only theory. I'm hoping for absolute confirmation.
