Looking good Ecca - I see the bottom of the cabinet has space to store a few baps!

Carefully measured to accommodate 4 cobs side by side, specially heated.

Try earthing either one side of the heater supply, or fitting 2 x 100 ohm resistors
one from each side of the heaters to ground.
Also dragged 2 organ sides back in the house - plywood - Walnut faced!!

Got rid of hum, it all works great until..........
When it's loud it motorboats and squeals like a stuck pig.

Assuming there are no wiring errors I would say that you need to look at the routing of the wiring.
Keep wires crossing at 90 degrees where possible and maybe use screened wire from the jack input and for other high sensitivity points.

That's it !
Job done.
It was indeed a cock-up on my part, forgot a 47pf capacitor.
Sounds great now, dead loud and lovely growly edge to it.
Only the woodwork to finish and the covering.
Now....... shall I make an Ac15 clone or what ?..... hmmmm.
