We recently learned of the passing of Pierre Cortada who was probably best known to Shadows fans as the publisher of the French book The Fabulous Epic of The Shadows one of the very first reference books listing releases on vinyl and CD worldwide together with sleeve pictures. We were unaware that he had been ill for some time so it was a surprise to hear of his death just before Christmas. Our thought go out to his family.

I have just seen this thread. Another familiar name gone of the Cliff Richard & The Shadows 'family'. I have the 1995 edition of his book "The Shadows Complete" (the one with the blue cover). R.I.P. Pierre.
