Thanks Mike, yes I ended up settling for improvising where I couldn't quite manage to be accurate...but nearer than I was when I first tried learning it a few years ago !
I suppose if we all keep coming back to tunes after a while we should be able to iron out the compromises eventually.

I assume you have the same transcription I had when I did the tune and posted on Charlie Halls site. It took a bit of doing to get all the parts done but after a couple of weeks I think I got near enough for my old fingers.
