Played by a few friends in Jean-Claude's home using the eTap2hw :

Recorded with the camcorder built-in mikes.

Nice overall sound from the instruments for a camcorder mic, also good guitar sound, what else is in the chain ?

Lead guitar (Strat) : through eTap2hw and Zoom MS50 G (used for EQ), then direct to mixer.
Rythm guitar (Tele copy modified with Variax modelling circuit) through JCechoFDS (used for EQ), then direct to mixer.
Bass, electronic drums (Roland) and keyboard (Yamaha Tyros) all direct to mixer.

The mixer is a Zoom R16 recorder linked to Behringer powered speakers, no guitar amps were used.

You can listen to other recordings here : viewtopic.php?f=12&t=8501
Those use the sound recorded by the Zoom R16, which is of course much better than with camcorder mics.

So you too have demonstrated the sound of the eTap2hw provides the actual sound of The Shadows even without a Vox amp - well done.

Don't forget that there was some EQ from the zoom MS-50 G associated with the eTap2hw. The Behringer B412DSP speakers (600W) delivered excellent live sound (I was there), needless to say, there were not used at full volume in Jean-Claude's cellar !
