I have friends who used it, it's OK for modern Hank sound (at the time he used a Roland 301), much less for early years sound.

I have been in music stores and tried this machine a couple of times now since it's introduction and found that it lacks what is needed to get our music to sound authentic. I like the look of it but opted not to buy because of it's limitations. That said, my Roland 2480 studio has the very same Space Echo on board as standard and I have used it successfully on certain tracks, but never the vintage stuff.

A couple of Hankies at our club have them but have recently complained of some noise with the pedal
