The next SCSC this Wednesday 19/10/11 will mark 8 years since we first started. We did'nt have a band then - just backing tracks and about half a dozen willing guitarists ( including Bob Dore ) to plug in and have a go- Its great that some of the originals still turn up to have a play ( Terry / John ).
It never ceases to amaze me how many people love to play and listen to the Shads music, We have a great time every 3 weeks when we meet up at the Heroes Pub on a Wednesday. Its not just the playing - but the great atmosphere / friendship and banter that helps to make it a good night - So a big thanks to everyone that comes along and plays their part.
Their may be a few new numbers to listen to this Wednesday . As always, looking forward to keeping the music live.
