As the years roll round I am more aware of the importance of trying to stay healthy.
Lets enjoy all the music at THE HEROES this coming Wednesday - infact, lets have another cracking year.

Why not come along to one of our Shads nights? Its a very good way to meet like minded people who enjoy good music.
We would be pleased to see you at THE HEROES Waterlooville at our next evening - Its an open evening where anyone can take part - just bring along you guitar and plug in.
