7TH ANIVERSARY OF THE SCSC 27/10/10

Hi Folks,

We have reached another milestone - 7 years since John Gray and myself started at The Fountain Pub - not knowing who would turn up.

Amazing we have more or less run every 3 weeks since October 2003. ( I had more hair then - just )

A big big thanks to all the Boys and Girls ( Players and listeners ) who keep coming.

I has been a good year with not only another Shadowmania but the hounour of playing alongsde Jet Harris MBE.

Please come along and help us celebrate.

Also we hope to have confirmation of another special guest in November - more news in a few days.

Hope to see you at THE HEROES next Wednesday.

I have lots of fond memories of the SCSC, both at The Fountain and The Heroes. I'd love to be there on your 7th anniversary, but a 500-mile round trip is just a tad too far!

I hope to visit the South Wales club on 9 November - that's only a 200-mile round trip!!

Hope you have a terrific night to celebrate your 7th Birthday. Brings back great memories when Tony and I had the great privilege of playing at the "Hero" on our tour of the UK back in 2008.

We do enjoy every 3 weeks - you never know who will be there, but whoever is we just have a good time!
