Just noticed that good old Music Ground, ,but this time Music Ground Inc (!!) has another 'bargain' piece of Shadows memorabilia up for sale on eBay (Item No. 260593646773). 'Buy it Now' price of £2995 or 'Best Offer'.

There are already 2 offers and I just bet they are from members of this forum.............!

Do hope someone buys it as MG Inc. might just need the money to go towards those hefty legal bills that may just be lurking over the horizon! So, please help if you can as your cash will be going towards a worthy cause.

Stephen.

I see that one offer was made on Auust 8th, so it must have been on offer for quite a long time.

Dave, £250-£300!! You cheapskate! That's hardly going to fund even a cheap bottle of champagne round the corner from the law courts.

Mind you, maybe all is not lost............

Just heard on the grapevine, that Eric C's 'lost' Les Paul Standard has recently been discovered on a small industrial estate just outside Leeds. It's definitely the genuine article, it's been shown to Eric and he wrote this letter of provenance: "Eeeee, flower! I'm reet chuffed that me old guitar has turned up again after all these years. Looks a proper treat, it does! Would have liked t' have given it a strum for old times sake, but for some strange reason, the finish felt a bit sticky. Justin said not t' worry about that though! Almost feel like selling one of me Ferrarees in order to buy it back"
