Artcessories pos poor support

I have a line level mixer "Powermix2".
In the house move I got power supplies mixed up. I have resolved this myself anyway.

BUT:---
I contacted Art "Applied Research and Technology" on their support line to just check on the PSU.
I got NO response.

So I tried again just to see if they would respond - NO!

This company makes some expensive kit - support seems to be lacking or non existent.
Has anyone else had this issue with Art.

I don’t know personally but I see they’re a New York company. Amongst others, Anderton’s is a UK stockist of the ART range. Might be worth asking them? https://www.andertons.co.uk/brands/art

I was just curious if others had the same situation. They make some expensive stuff.
