Don't worry, Luigi.

Your English is far better than my Italian!

Kind regards,
Terry

Hi Terry,

Thanks for your kind comments.....I learnt to spell and speak English during my 25 year residence in Essex. Having moved to Cornwall I am now learning a new version. Anyway that said I hope you get your bass sorted !!

Kind regards, Luigi

Hi, it seems a lot of trouble to go to, when there are two different width Fender Precision necks. I have one exactly like Jet Harris used which has a narrow tapered neck like the Jazz neck. The wider necks came years later, and an even wider neck in the early 70's. So unless I am mistaken there are three totally differnt feel necks for the Precision. So no need to bastardise a genuine Fender to get the comfort you need.

David,

do you know what the measurements are for your 'Jet Harris' neck? or what spec to look for when searching.

Thanks
