On the question of whether to change the pickups, as I said, I put a P Rail which is a full P90 plus a rail single coil (put them together you have a humbucker) they are sold on the basis of how authentic the P90 is.

The pickups on the Aria are just far and away better.

The only drawback is the trem because to me it looks too minimalist on the body and it's range is greater so a gentle wobble producues more pitch change than a Jazzmaster style trem, or a Bigsby, and also (I would imagine) the Mosrite, not a big issue.

Of course Hallmark sell a Mosrite style trem for around $150 but it would require some modification to the guitar and silk purses and sow's ears comes to mind

But the finish, setup, and overall quality is amazing for it's meagre price
