Effects Loop

Hi All, If using the amps effects loop, should i include the tuner and EQ in the sequence or just the magic stomp echo, and run the tuner/EQ direct to amp ?

Hi

put the tuner either at front or in the loop, but if it generates noise the loop is probably better, as for the EQ, I'd leave it out altogether, because, the Magicstomp includes EQ in it's models, so if you're running any of the various Shads effects by Charlie Hall or Jeff Stracken then EQ has also been sorted to sound like they did on those settings.

Doubling up on EQ will over process the sound.

Having said that if you really want to use it I'd put it before because you want to EQ the guitar not the signal coming out of the preamp.

All the best
