There is on other places much discussion about the sound of the Vox AC15CC1. Indeed de lower tones are very insufficient. Well the solution is very simple. I replaced the capacitor C5 (470pF botlleneck) in 10nF and the sound is now perfect whith te bass and treble pots on 12 o'clock for my 1979 strat.
