Got a new toy on Monday, about as far removed from a Strat as you can get.

I only wish I could play it half as well as Bob Brozman does in this demo but then he has focussed on this style of playing for years whilst I am just starting out in this direction.

Take a look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgKx_vlXX-o

Hope you enjoy.

Hi Brian
Have allways loved the sound with these guitars, as you say wish I could play like that, have trouble playing one string :D :D
Cheers

'Roach,

They'll tax you for the wood in it anyway - Greens will have a sub-clause about illegal use of trees or whatever in the small print........ :|

Bill,

I actually think that it may come to pass at some point in the future when electricity may be so dear it will sparingly used, the resonator guitars (wooden and metal bodied) and 6 string banjos will be the way to go for lead guitar!

'Roach,

....and we thought all these 'unplugged' recordings were just a passing fad!

Hmm :problem: We could of course go down the road of these bicycle generators, in which you pedal while you play
Keep some of us old gits on the coffin dodging road a bit longer :ugeek:
New take on pedal notes I suppose in the music world 8-)
I sometimes worry about these early morning thoughts that run through my head
