French luthier Michel Scamps

Has anyone seen / owned / played any guitars made by Michel Scamps please. If so any photos and comments would be welcome.

I don't have a model number but the one I'm thinking of is a solid electric super Strat shape with Humbuckers.

Cheers, Alan.

Michels Scamp is now in Chavenay (France, west of Paris), not very far from where I live. I know he is a renowned luthier, and it's likely that some of our French fans know him and his guitars. I'll ask on our French forum.

I had confirmation that Michel Scamps made the finish work on Matilda's and his father's guitars. Patrice Bastien also told me that he has well known Michel Scamps.
If you want to reach Michel Scamps personally, I can help.

Hi Alan
I'm in contact with him every week, you guess why...
He actually doesn't make anymore guitars because of back orders in revamping, repairing client's guitars.
He is THE best in France.
Maybe in the future...
you can contact him at:
byrdland1234@orange.fr
or : tel ++ 33 130 514 915
Just use a simple, comprehensive English ;)
Or I can forward any message to him ; he is my Tech.
Cheers

Alain,

With the number of guitars you have, it must be a full time job for him. :D

One of the ones I gave him to revamp took 8 years to finalize; hopefully I had others to play in-between
But it was a huge work..
