Has anyone tried a Harley Benton ST style travel guitar? Tiny!
It looks like a Strat scratch plate with a minuscule amount of wood round it, 3 sc pups, tremolo, and plug socket on the back!
Bizarre! But it’s only £66 plus £8 delivery from Thomann, and would prob pack in a suitcase.
At that price I wouldn’t expect it to be great, but through a ZoomG3 and headphones, on rechargeable batts, it might be worth a punt??? Or not!
Any experiences????
PS I bought a Vox AC30 C2 from Thomann and delivery was rapid and faultless.

I saw these when they introduced them and thought they looked good. I'd be interested to know if they sound as good as they look.

One of the things my wife likes about our holidays is the complete lack of guitars. I think if she caught me slipping a Strat into the suitcase there really would be trouble. And I don't think a defence of "it only cost £66" would placate her!

Buy her a pair of shoes and tell her the guitar came free with them.

That means I'd be paying north of 3000squid for a Christian Louboutin Strat.
Well, at least they have Fiesta Red soles!

I made one of these a few years back. Sounds just as good as any of my other Strats.

This is of course the Christmas version (it uses a clear scratchplate so that any desired picture or design can be inserted behind it).
