replacement optocoupler for Vox Cambridge

It has been suggested that the optocoupler in the discontinued VOX Cambridge can be substituted by a Fender equivalent. Where would you get that from ? Fender UK dont supply parts direct

You can find it in any electronic components shop. The item is optocoupler VTL5C3.
