As far as I saw the 50th Anniversary concert.
Hank didn't use Kinman Pickups.
Anyone knows what brand of pickups he used ?

When Charlie & I went to the after show "do" at the O2 arena in london the man himself confirmed that he did use Custom Shop 54's

What about it? It sounds great... Hank used one in his dressing room on the tour... not sure about on stage. Bruce used his on stage... custom wound Abby replicas of the original pickups on the original red Strat...

I hear its simply the best guitar one is ever likely to own, both in sound and playability. Heads up for Howard and Bruce for making this work of art a reality.
