Guys,

It certainly does have a few 'different' components as has been pointed out. I wonder how it ended up in Japan - other than with a Japanese buyer of course.

I saw a few 'Legends' in pics on the 'olde' Shadowmusic group fitted with 'Marvin' trem units well before the re-issue Marvins appeared, so that is not really a surprise. The left hand trem arm is though, but then again if you look at the early 'Bisons' the arm was strangely 'leftish' to some extent, maybe some people prefer that config. I wonder if Barry Gibson could shed some light on the origin of this particuler guitar?

The starting price on EBay by the way was over $3000US, one reason why I didn't 'snap it up'! ;)

Very interesting Nigel. It certainly looks lovely, but I wonder how I came to see it up for sale (e-bay, I think), because the name and colour stuck in my memory !!!

That Burns Bison looks very nice what would you call that colour?
