Mk 8 Gold Tremolo

Anything about Burns guitars

Re: Mk 8 Gold Tremolo (and Alden Guitars)

Leaving aside that terrible (and apparently pirated) Burns Mk 8 tremolo, the Alden guitar line continues with a variety of reasonably-priced designs, though most of them seem to be on sale in Germany and the USA.

Here are a few..

I do like the look of that red guitar...

I have the red one in black - I think it called the Taurus & resembles a Black Bison.

Not a match for my Burns Legend or USA Strat, but for the price it's a lot of guitar. Sounds good, as well!!

There is a gold Burns tremolo on US ebay stating that it is a MK 9. It looks like the Mk 8 with an extended tail for semi/acoustics. I guess it is made by the same people making the Mark 8. Needless to say will probably perform poorly. Confusing stuff for people looking for an original Mk9

...but not for long...

The new Eastwood repro of the Gretsch Astrojet looks nice...

Here's one with a licenced Bigsby:

And here's a Gtretsch original with a Mk.9:
