On the old site I was able to upload a pic of my own as my avatar without any problem and most folk here seem to have brought their exisiting avatars across ok. However, I keep getting told the image is too big but no matter how much editing I try I can't reduce it to an acceptable pixel size. Any tips on how to achieve this, please? My posts look naked without a pic!

Hi Mike, I had the same problem, not being able to reduce my photo to an acceptable pixel size... :oops: ........ in the end Bob very kindly did it for me after i sent him the pic... :D .. but I will have to look for a clearer pic as the current one is not good enough quality... :shock: ....
How did you suss out how to do it after all? :!:
