From The Shadows 1980's album "Change of Address" an instrumental version of Billy Joel's 1977 hit.
The song was also a hit for Barry White in 1978.
My good friend Ian McCutcheon made the backing track and is available on Shadows workout 9 CD.
http://shadowsworkout.ucoz.com/index/0-13The Tabs are available from Tabman (Tony Clout) but some parts I play in a different fret position than Tony's Tabs.
http://www.tabman.co.uk/complete-tab-list.htmHope you like my cover of The Shadows instrumental.
Cheers Phil

Super rendition Phil - that modern Hank sound comes over really well.

Hi phil, I really like the sound you get on your videos, it is the modern hank sound spot on, you can close eyes and it could be the record, really well done

Hi Fred, Jim, Roger and Steve - Thank you all for listening and your nice comments which are very much appreciated.
I tend to stick to the same Q2 EFTP settings (0-36) for most of the later Hank ones along with the Kinman pickups.
I'm glad you liked this one.
All the best... Phil

Hi Phil
Smooth as ever.
Perfect "Hank Modern" sound too - is ther alittle compression along with the 0-36 patch?
Great playing as always, with all things HBM captured and copied to perfection.
Nice one, Phil
cheers

Hi Ian - very glad you liked it.
I didn't add any compression when I recorded it, but Andrew mixed it with the BT so he may have added something there.
Thanks for the nice comments.. All the best.. Phil
