Crying. Video. Hank Marvin cover + BT

Using Kinman Impersonator 54 V3 pickups on Bridge position.
This is a cover of Hank Marvin’s “Crying” from his Heartbeat album.
Originally written and sung by Roy Orbison in 1961.

Recorded using Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with EFTP echoes from the past patch 0-36 into soundcard and Cubase on the computer (no amp used) Dunlop DVP 1 foot pedal.
Video made using 3x Sony SR12's and edited with the Cubase sound in Sony Vegas video editing software.

The Backing track was written by my son Andrew and is available to purchase from my website here

Superb Hank playing here, as always Phil.
I have been working on this BT for ages and just couldnt get it right. (You may remember that Andy did me some cymbals and drum bits for it ages ago.)

Ian - yes I can recall Andy doing some cymbals and drum bits for you a long while back.
I've been waiting ages for him to finish making this one It's surprising how bribery can speed things up

I'm very glad you liked it it's certainly a fun one to play with the Volume pedal.
I was dying to play a fancy run at the very end but thought best to keep it like Hank plays it.
