The Shadows File - the "final version" 6.0.0 now available

Hi all,

In October 2019 I released version 3.6.2 of my database program Shadows File. I have spent the last nearly five years to update it and nearly double the contents, now also including the solo work, the recordings with Cliff, the collaboration with other musicians, the library music and all their compositions. Again all is fully illustrated.

Highly recommended. I got this when I met Ulrich in Tilburg last October. Very impressive work from Ulrich.

Sorry, but there seems to be a misunderstanding!
The program ShadowsFile cannot be sent be email, it is simply too big, It has a size of nearly 2.8 GByte and including some 29,000 images of record labels, sleeves, sheet music, concert programs etc. It gets sent on an USB stick.
Also it is not free, you can buy it for EUR 30 plus postage. Owner of previous versions get a discount.

Hi Iain,

A Happy New Year for you, too.

I am sorry but I can still not offer a genuine Mac OS version (it would be too costy to buy the necessary soft- and hardware). However, the program comes now on an USB stick formatted with exFAT which is readable for Mac OS. So if you have a Windows emulation program like vmware or wine on your Mac there should be no problems.
