It is not uncommon for movie trailers *not* to use music from the film itself, but that is quite an interesting choice - presumably made by an American editor unaware of its o5her usage?

Of course I realise it will never happen, but it just occurred to me that a great album (which might sell pretty well) could be SHADOWHAWK: The Shadows featuring Alan Hawkshaw. This could include Shades of Rock and Live in Japan, plus the tracks on which he plays on From Hank, Bruce, Brian and John, Slaughter on 10th Avenue and perhaps even Wonderful Land, as performed on the Cliff Richard show from 1970. If I had the money, I'd finance it... but I fear that it would be well beyond the reach of my wallet. I still think it would be a nice tribute to both Alan and an era that is sadly overlooked.
